Supposidly they have gone forward to 3500 and the planet is still here. But , it is a very dangerous place.

And then you wake up to find once more you'll be going to work, school and live a long and prosperous life, you'll pay your taxes, collect your mail, and take out the trash on time.

Hi Matt. My suggestion is to browse the forums, read as much as you can, and come to your own conclusions. There are many different forums and thousands of posts on hundreds of topics related to 2012. Welcome aboard!

With this pending doom date , there is No need to get hysterical, you'll just make yourself sick over it. No one need's the stress.

HI Matt! No one but God knows when the world will end or if it does. 122112 is a great mistery(spelling) and still is. I have been fasincated for a couple of years now with it. Just read all you can about the subject. I still wonder why so many cultures through out the millieum (spelling), carried the same number.

In my opinion, 12-21-2012 will be either the beginning of the 7 year Tribulation or the middle point of it. I am still not sure. Will not be the end of the world as we know it...yet.

Time markers around the world points the year 2016 more frequent than 2012. So, maybe Dec 21, 2012 will be the beginning of the "time, times, and half time" (3 1/2 yeas) mentioned in the Book of Daniel. That means the 7 year Tribulation started on June 21st, 2009 as some believe it did.

Exact dates are false, Look at y2k. Total BS!
Things will happen around that time, not on the nose.
It could be well before that date or after. Don't bet your aces and eights on that exact time or you'll lose, just like Wild Bill did.

This is nothing like y2k. Way more evidence to back up that something will actually happen.

People, Y2K was a real event that could have sent America and other progressive nations back to 3rd world country status.
It was averted because they started fixing the problems 1-1/2 yrs early. Otherwise, there would have been no electricity,
running water, gasoline, and so on.

I think the 8.8 quake in Chile is a sign of things to come. They are getting worse. I've been keeping tabs on earthquake activity
for the past 2 years. They are increasing in magnitude and frequency.

You have hit the nail on the head HM!!!! Things are getting worse....earthquakes, winter storms one after another in places that never get snow, solar activity.....something is coming......maybe the shift has already begun?
