do yourself a favor and read this, this guy actually did the research, what isn't well know if the fact that the teachings of the full calendar stopped being followed/ understood when the Mayans disappeared .

A few here also know that the calendar end date is Oct 28th 2011, we also know that it is based on on-going research into the Mayan calendar, so as such is probably subject to change again, only time will tell the true date, we keep open minds.

The good thing is, the current 2012 date is waking people up to a world unknown, I fear that too many dates getting thrown into the mix will confuse some people and turn them away from their destiny, 2012 as it stands is something we can relate to, but the other date is certainly something to concider, all new info is good.

I agree very much bcroft, this is how I see it. Of course, the end of the world might potentially come sooner then what the 2012 crowd thinks, because this movement is really picking up speed, and if people keep working to consciously speed it up, maybe it will end sooner, or maybe not. Who knows

I know one of the theories out there feel that since the Mayan history was destroyed by Catholics, the Catholics, who are also controlled by the powers that be, illuminati, or masons (whichever you want to put with it haha), they decided that the actual date that the mayan calendar originally set to 'end' was too soon for whatever their plan was, so they set it up so that it translated to 2012 for western calendars. Who knows? Its a very good thing to keep in mind though, and important that anyone who learns about 2012, also realize that the date itself is not absolutely set in stone, but the ideas behind it are.
