I wasn't able to make tonight. I'm hoping to go tomorrow. But for all of you who can't make it here it is. I haven't watched it yet so I don't know how the quality is. I'm trying very hard to hold out until tomorrow to see it on the big screen.

Went and saw the first showing today.

No fair teasing me...What is the verdict? I won't be able to go until Sunday but remember....it's just a movie

IMO...it was a good movie. They could have touched a bit more on the precursors to 2012. IMO...it is worth the money to see it.

It seemed as though Emmerich wanted to say more...show more....but couldn't or didn't for some reason. He put too many jokes and side lines in and had cell phones working when they shouldn't have. But going as a believer, I got the message, and still believe....all of it...right down to the lottery for the 'Arks' of salvation. I felt as though 'someone' got to his real intent. If you read between the hollywood's lines, you see the message clearly.

Notice how the main characters never ever screamed their heads off in total panic? I'd go insane instananeously upon seeing Yellowstone blow or LA destroyed the way it is in this movie. Where would one possibly go? What's there to survive?
