In an effort to promote this website and increase awareness of the coming events of 2012, we are sponsoring this "2012 photo contest". The winner will receive a limited edition red "Official December 21 2012" hat.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
However, if you already have or would like to order an official December212012.com shirt to wear in your photo, that would be great.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for digital photos of you and/or your friends recognizing, celebrating or understanding the coming events of 2012. You are encouraged to be creative, be funny, be serious, be dramatic, be silly, be naughty, be nice or just be yourself. We just want you to be a part of this contest and let others know that they are not alone in the belief in what 2012 could really bring.

A few ideas to get your mind thinking
Remember, this contest is about promoting December 21 2012 and this website. You could enter:

• A simple picture of you warring a homemade or purchased 2012 shirt, hat or other item.

• 2012 related body art – Tattoos, Piercing, Body Paint or anything else you can think of.

• You viewing this website on your computer.

• Your reaction or dramatization to the coming end of the world.

Enter as many pictures as you like and encourage everyone you know to do the same.

The winner will be randomly selected and notified by e-mail on March 1 2009 and must reply with their proper name and shipping address to receive their prize.

All submitted photos may be used in a number of ways to help promote this website and the coming events of 2012. By submitting your photo you give up the right to use and publish your image on our websites as we see fit. (In other words, you can't sue us if we use it because...well...using it is kind of the purpose.)
